How about New Year Improved Me? I have mixed feelings about New Years Resolutions. I think waiting until the first of the year to change is dumb. If you really want to change then do it now. These are some things I have been working on for awhile now. I am hoping that getting them out there gives other the motivation to share the things they are also working on.
Personal
- Date Night with my Hubby at least once a month.
- Donate all of the girl’s baby toys
Health
- Continue with my at home workout programs
- No alcohol on work nights
Personal Training
- Finish my Nutrition Specialist Certification through ACE
- Continue with Group Exercise classes at least once a week
- Book at least 1 new client each month
- Need to work on a process for doing this
I am keeping my list relatively short intentionally. If I list too many things, I’ll probably get overwhelmed and give up. Plus, I don’t really have a ton of spare time. Here’s to giving it a go in the new year.
